AgileFM users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, email us at support@agilefm.ai

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Account email address
  • Company name
  • A clear request to delete your AgileFM account

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • User profile information
  • Login/account credentials
  • Personal account information
  • User-specific app data associated with the account where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

  • Security logs
  • Audit records
  • Records required for legal, contractual, or business compliance

Verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
